The rules for using Liquid Lye Warehouse and its subscription services.

Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep your password secure and use the service only for lawful warehouse-management activities. You are responsible for the accuracy of stock records entered into your account.
Subscription
Full access is offered as a one-year subscription for GH₵500. Access begins after a successful payment is verified or an authorized administrator activates the subscription. Prices may change for future subscription periods.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Paystack. Contact support promptly if a payment is successful but access is not activated. Refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable Ghanaian law.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to access another customer’s warehouse, disrupt the service, upload harmful content, misuse payment systems or use the platform for fraudulent activities.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the service reliable and protect stored information, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Keep appropriate business records and exports for important stock information.
